Who we are
JustFix Wood is the trade name of Wowza, doing business as JustFix Wood (“JustFix Wood,” “we,” “us”). We are an exterior wood repair shop based in Hudson, Wisconsin, serving the St. Croix Valley and nearby Minnesota communities.
What we do
We repair exterior wood — decks, fences, sheds, railings, stairs and gates. We do not build additions, do roofs, or sell new decks. If we think you need more than a repair, we will tell you, but we will not take that work on.
Estimates and pricing
Most prices are given from photos you send us. A written price is provided before any work starts. The price in that written quote is the price you pay. If we arrive and the scope is materially different from what the photos showed, we will tell you before doing any work, and nothing is owed unless you agree to the revised price.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete. We accept cash and card. If something is not right, tell us within seven days and we will come back and make it right.
Insurance
We are insured in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Warranty
We warrant our labor for one year from the date of completion against defects in workmanship. This does not cover damage from normal weathering, rot that develops in wood we did not touch, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
