Who we are

JustFix Wood is the trade name of Wowza, doing business as JustFix Wood, an exterior wood repair shop in Hudson, Wisconsin. We are the controller of the personal information you send us.

What we collect

When you use this site, you may send us:

• Your name and phone number — so we can call or text you back.
• Photos of the damage — so we can give you a real price without a visit.
• A message, if you use the contact form — whatever you choose to write.
• A reference code, generated automatically, so we can match your request to the work.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

Your name, phone number, photos, and message are used to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and complete the repair, and keep a record of the job. That is the entire list.

How long we keep it

We keep your job record — including photos and messages — for as long as needed to honor our one-year warranty, plus a reasonable time afterward for our own records. After that we delete it.

Who sees it

The only person who sees your information is the person who does the work. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to anyone. We do not subcontract your job to another company.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 612-382-1306 or use the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
