Railing and stair repair
If it moves when you lean on it, it needs fixing. Railings and stairs are where deck injuries happen, and they're usually a quick, affordable repair.
Problems we fix
- Wobbly railing posts
- Loose or missing balusters
- Split or rotted stair stringers
- Broken or cupped treads
- Railings below today's code height
- Rotted railing caps
Repair or replace?
Loose posts can usually be re-anchored with through-bolts or structural hardware.
Rotted stringers get replaced — never patched. It's still far cheaper than a new deck.

Questions
- My railing is shorter than code. Do I have to fix it?
- Not always, but I'll show you the options if you want it brought up to height.
- Can you rebuild just the stairs?
- Yes. Stairs are a common standalone job.
